Ok, not a huge move but we just launched our new website, which was built entirely in WordPress. With that said, the new site now has the blog integrated with the rest of the site. So moving forward, please direct yourself to the following URL to follow our blog updates:
So here is a interesting project. We were asked by a Client to design and animate a 45 sec video for a retail store in-store projector. The store was for Florsheim and their new line of shoes by Duckie Brown. Using some animation in Flash and then importing it into Adobe After Effects, we were able to create this video that you see.
BTW – we have Fred, our After Effects/Flash Ninja on board. So if you ever need something similar or any Video/Flash integration, give us a call.
We teased the landing page, but now the full site is up and running. Its our pleasure to announce the launch of the Avec Eric website. Partnering with one of our favorite agency clients, Anomaly NY, Plus Factory has architect, designed, developed and launch the new site for Chef Eric.
Walking in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) is tough. Mopeds, motorcycles, cars, trucks, buses – going every way they want. Here is a clear example of how to cross the street on one of their main intersections.
The big news this fall is that Plus Factory has now opened their 2nd overseas office in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). PF VN, as we are calling the new office, will compliment PF China as an additional ‘backend’ production office for our North American based Clientele.
Vietnam is a booming country, and HCMC is one of its major cities. The city center is situated on the banks of the Saigon River. The metropolitan area is populated by more than 9 million people, making it the most populous metropolitan area in Vietnam. And with its growth, Vietnam has produced a great wealth of talented digital individuals which PF VN plans to recruit, train and bring online.
We have chosen our first office location close to Lam Son Square (District 1), which is in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, and is within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, restaurants and parks.
Plan to look ahead to more news about PF VN and other big news coming from Plus Factory.
Plus Factory has launched the new Robe Di Kappa website. Robe Di Kappa is a European fashion house, which is doing a strong push in the new Asian markets (read: China!). Robe Di Kappa hired Plus Factory for the design and build of their new fashion website, which uses the latest version of Adobe Flash, HTML/CSS and XML feeds. In both Chinese and English versions, this site just rocks.
